Food Centre Co.,Ltd.
Founded in 1984, UFM Food Centre Co., Ltd. (UFMFC) is a special
business unit of United Flour Mill Public Co., Ltd., or UFM,
which is Thailand's oldest and largest flour mill. UFMFC is
one of UFM's marketing arms in distributing wheat flour and
premixes to the food service industry, wholesalers, retailers,
hotels and bakery shops among many activities.

Food Centre Co., Ltd. takes great pride in its ability to service
all customers and make their events as gracious and memorable
as possible. UFM FC has developed activities in different fields
at its various branches, such as "UFM Baking & Cooking
School", a baking and cooking school in Bangkok and
the north of Thailand, "UFM Bakery House" bakery
retail outlets, "UFM Noodle House" noodle shops,
and "UFM Pilot Plant", a manufacturing and
R&D department set up to develop new applications for wheat
flour. The company has received Hazard Analysis Critical Control
Point (HACCP) Certification from SGS, a globally accepted food
industry standard. The company currently provides services to
the large confectionary manufacturer and well known fast food
retail outlets such as McDonald's, KFC, Pizza Hut,Burger King's
among others.
UFM
Food Centre Co., Ltd. has a total of 350 employees, including
six engineers and 20 Quality Assurance staff. The company has
invested some US$1.25 million in its operations and generates
total annual revenues of some US$12.5 million. |
